本产品为8端口远程电源控制器，它通过网络浏览器(Windows, Android iOS) HTTPS/SSL,研发自己的网页界面，监测每个端口的电流电压，甚至可支持接入外接温度传感器，最大电流达40A, 100~240VAC控制输出，可通过邮件控制每路电源的开关，发送登录记录到指定的外部服务器IP。 DI输入状态改变o为自动输出控制，支持USB摄像机监测，支持安卓APP和二维码手机登录管理，前面板LCD显示每个端口累计消耗功率，电流消耗线型图，红外遥控，自动PING功能，支持定时温度监测，远程获取存在额外USB DUN驱动器中的实时温度数据。对于系统集成商，有多种研发工具如TelNet, SNMP and HTTP Command (SDK)可用于二次开发，9860的可使用场景包括：电源管理，服务器管理，网络定时管理，系统集成，远程电源控制等等，用户界面友好，功能强大。
